Measure and Record Your Air Quality Data

BlueSkyTM Air Quality Monitor measurements

PM2.5 particles hovering around a BlueSky monitor attached to a poleNo matter where you use BlueSky monitors, these rugged instruments will reliably measure and record the following:

  • PM2.5 and PM10 particle size fractions (Learn more about PM sizes in particulate pollution on our Ambient Air Monitoring page)
  • Temperature
  • Relative humidity

For up-to-the-minute data, BlueSky monitors are capable of recording air quality data down to 1 minute intervals.

Protecting your BlueSky monitor

The sensors in BlueSky monitors perform consistently across a wide range of ambient humidity and temperatures. The outer casing protects the sensors from the elements, bugs, and direct sunlight.* We build BlueSky monitors to operate outdoors in all weather, but you can also use BlueSky monitors indoors to measure air quality inside a building or other interior space.

*Please note that placing the BlueSky monitor in direct sunlight may slightly elevate the temperature reading.
