Powder Generators
This type of generators disperse dry dust and powders for applications that need continuous and stable dosing with high accuracy. These defined test aerosols are commonly used in aerosol science, filter testing, industrial processes, and quality assurance tasks.
Model | Particle size range (µm) | Particle concentration | Nominal flow rate (L/min) | Note |

Dust Aerosol Generator 3410
The Dust Aerosol Generator Model 3410 disperses dry dust and powders for applications that need continuous and stable dosing with high accuracy. These defined test aerosols are commonly used in aerosol science, filter testing, industrial processes, and quality assurance tasks. The interchangeable dispersing units make it possible to disperse different materials (e.g. soot, TiO2 , cellulose, or ISO 12103 test dust) at different output concentrations. A pressurized cover keeps the material dry even in locations with higher ambient humidity.
Fluidized Bed Aerosol Generator 3400A
Useful for a variety of applications, the Fluidized Bed Aerosol Generator Model 3400A aerosolizes dry powders and dusts. Using bronze beads to break up powder agglomerates, the 3400A generates a constant output in terms of aerosol concentration and size distribution. It is used in various applications such as filter testing, inhalation toxicology testing, and providing seed particles for laser-velocimetry.
