As an integral part of the DDU and APSD systems, the vacuum pumps we offer are tried and proven. With insulated walls, an oil free pump, and carbon blades, our pumps are small, clean and designed for a quiet lab environment. If more capacity is needed, you can simply connect multiple units in series and increase the vacuum power to ensure sonic flow on those low resistance DPI devices, without having to worry about facility vacuum stability or increasing capacity.

There is also little to no maintenance required for the vacuum pumps, which saves time and money.
