DustTrak Environmental Monitors
DustTrak Environmental Air Monitor models 8540 and 8543 are data-logging, light-scattering laser photometers designed to fit inside the DustTrak Environmental Monitor Enclosure.
Measuring particulate matter, including PM1, PM2.5, and PM10
The 8540 DustTrak Environmental Monitor can measure concentrations corresponding to PM1, PM2.5, PM10 or Total PM size fractions. The 8543 DustTrak Environmental Monitor can simultaneously measure concentrations corresponding to PM1, PM2.5, Respirable (PM4), PM10 and Total PM size fractions. These air monitors are designed for extreme outdoor settings, as well as harsh industrial workplaces, construction and environmental sites.

The DustTrak Environmental Monitor is an air monitoring system built to house DustTrak photometer models 8540 or 8543. DustTrak's early detection features allow quick response to exposure concerns. This system is built upon proven DustTrak technology that thousands of people use every day.
The DustTrak environmental monitor is a real-time supplement to Federal Reference Method (FRM) data collection that can be deployed remotely quickly. It is on the South Coast Air Quality Management District pre-approved list of instruments for Rule 1466.

DustTrak Environmental Monitor 8540 is a data-logging, light-scattering laser photometer that gives you real-time aerosol mass readings. It uses a sheath air system that isolates the aerosol in the optics chamber to keep the optics clean for improved reliability and low maintenance. DustTrak Environmental Monitor 8540 is on the South Coast AQMD pre-approved list of instruments for Rule 1466.
