Seed Aerosol Generators
These types of generators are specifically designed to generate particles in droplet and solid forms. The generators can be used to disperse various types of matter, including water droplets, salt or sugar particles, polystyrene latex particles and oil droplets. They serve a variety of applications from laboratory research, filter testing and flow velocity measurements.
Model | Droplet size | Solid particle size | Aerosol concentration (1/cm3) | Nominal flow rate (L/min) | Note |

9302 | 1.5 µm (water) 0.5 to 2 µm (oil) | 0.5 to 5 µm (salt or sugar) and 0.5 to 4 µm (PSL) | >107 | 2.4 to 12 | Single-jet atomizer |
9306 | 1.5 µm (water) 0.5 to 2 µm (oil) | 0.5 to 5 µm (salt or sugar) and 0.5 to 4 µm (PSL) | >107 | 14.4 to 72 | Six-jet atomizer |
9307 | 1 µm (olive oil) | n/a | n/a | 30 | Single-jet Laskin nozzle |

Six-Jet Atomizer 9306
The Six-Jet Atomizer 9306 is used to generate a polydisperse aerosol in high concentrations for use as seed particles.
Seed Particle Generator 9307-6
The Seed Particle Generator 9307-6 is a general purpose atomizer that uses a Laskin nozzle to produce large quantities of oil or salt particles.
Single Jet Atomizer 9302
The Single-Jet Atomizer 9302 is a cost-effective way to generate a polydisperse aerosol stream from a simple compressed air source. It is also our simplest atomizer with a built-in pressure regulator for controlling air from an external source.
Oil Droplet Generator 9307
The Laskin nozzle Oil Droplet Generator 9307 (single-jet) is designed to generate large amounts of seed particles.
