- No, but you can always log out of the Smart Station which adds a level of security since an account and password are requied to log in.
4. Is there a camera on the Smart Station?
- Yes, there is a camera on the back (mounting area) of the Smart Station. The camera has been disabled.
5. How do I know if my Smart Station has the latest software version?
- Go to the hamburger menu on the Smart Station, then 'About' to see the software version. If the software is up-to-date, it will state 'This software is currently on the latest version.
6. Is there a factory reset on the Smart Station

Yes. Go to the hamburger menu, then 'Settings.' Then 'Factory Reset' will clear the device and the data.
7. What if my Smart Station won't connect to the modules?
- Look to see if there's an airplane icon at the top of the screen. Go to the hamburger icon, then 'Wi-Fi.' Make sure 'airplane mode' is OFF.
8. How do I know if I logged into TSI Link on the Smart Station?
9. Can I change the order in which the modules are displayed on the Sensor Data screen of the Smart Station??
- The Smart Station lists the modules in the order in which they were connected. You would need to disconnect the modules and then re-connect them in the order you would like them to be displayed.

14. What if the module goes out of range of the Smart Station or powers off?
- A message will pop up on the Smart Station to let the user know. If a study was being recorded, any measurements when the module is out of range or powered off will not be logged. If the module does not receive a signal from the Smart Station for 15 minutes, it will power off.
15. If a module has been connected to the Smart Station and then it goes out of range or is powered off, will it automatically reconnect when powered on or within range?
- Yes. The Smart Station is pinging for the module so it may take a moment but it will reconnect. However, if the module does not receive a signal from the Smart Station for 15 minutes, it will power off.

19. If the Smart Station is shut down or connection is lost from the modules, will the modules power down by themselves?
- Yes, after 15 minutes the modules will shut down automatically. Users do not need to manually power off each modules.
