Installing TrakPro Ultra

TrakPro Ultra can be used on the following devices.  Please click the computing device you wish to install to:

• Windows PC
• Mac PC
• Mobile Device

 

Windows PC

Step 1.  Go to the software download page on the TSI website: https://tsi.com/support/tsi-software-and-firmware/. Type in TrakPro into the search box and click the search icon.  Select the TrakPro Ultra download for Windows PCs.  The installer package will be downloaded to your computer.

Step 2. Click the installer to begin installation.

Step 3. Read the End User License Agreement and click I Agree.

Step 4. The Windows operating system will ask your permission to install the software.  Click Yes.

Step 5. An installation wizard will walk you through the installation steps for all required software components.  Read and accept any license agreements that are presented.

Step 6. The network discovery service will require you to reboot your PC in order for it to work.

TrakPro Ultra should now appear in your Windows program list and on your desktop. 

 

Mac PC

Step 1.  Go to the software download page on the TSI website: https://tsi.com/support/tsi-software-and-firmware/. Type in TrakPro into the search box and click the search icon.  Select the TrakPro Ultra download for Mac PCs.  The installer package will be downloaded to your computer.

Step 2. Click the installer to begin installation.

Mobile Tablet Device

Step 1.  Access Google Play™ or Apple Store^®

Step 2. Search for TrakPro Ultra

Step 3. Download and install the app.

The TrakPro Ultra icon should now appear on your tablet's desktop.
