TSI accepts qualified purchase order payments for some products and services.

TSI accepts purchase orders only from those customers with established terms. Payments for services are subject to finance approval and due upon receipt of invoice. Payments for purchase orders are due within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product. Payments received after that 30‐day period are subject to service fees. TSI charges a standard 20% restocking fee for returned goods. The return policy requires the following conditions:
