1. Can I stream data from the cloud?
- No. You can view real-time data on the Smart Station. You can upload data to the cloud via TSI Link and download it into the Microsoft Excel Report Creator Add-In
2. Can I make my own graphs in Report Creator?
- Yes. A table of the raw data is provided to create any graphs or pivot tables Microsoft Excel offers.
3. For the Spatial Report in Report Creator, can I upload a pdf picture?
4. If my TSI Link subscription lapses (is not renewed), what happens to my data?
5. When viewing graphs of sensor data on the Smart Station, why are there some module names crossed out?
- The Smart Station is indicating that the modules crossed out (lines through the names) are not shown on the graph.
6. How can I share the data and studies with my manager?
- Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based subscription service that allows file storage and sharing. Since Report Creator is a Micrososft Excel Add-In, the advantages of Microsoft 365 can be leveraged for real-time collaboration and keeping your files securely stored and accessible across devices.
7. I don't want to send data to the cloud. Can I access the studies any other way?
- Yes, you can use a USB connection to your computer and save the study in a CSV file. It can be found in your PC under 'TSI-5' seen as internal storage.
8. Where are TSI's cloud servers located?
9. Do the modules log data independently from the Smart Station?

No. The modules only collect data when they are within Bluetooth range of the Smart Station. If the module battery dies or it is out of Bluetooth range from the Smart Station, that data will be lost.
