1. How many modules can be connected to the Smart Station at one time?
2. What is the Bluetooth distance for the module?
- Up to 100 meters (328 ft.) This is dependent on the wireless environment and can be limited by building characteristics (ie metal, concrete, etc.) .
3. How long will the battery last in the Modules?
4. What happens if the module is out of range of the Smart Station?
- The modules are always measuring but the data will be lost if the Smart Station isn't within range. The Smart Station will continue to ping the modules to reconnect when in range again. However, if the module does not receive a signal from the Smart Station after 15 minutes, it will power off. We are working on a solution for the modules to log their own data in the future.
5. What is the calibration recommendation?
- Gas modules should be calibrated annually. TSI does not yet offer in-field calibration. No calibration for the PM modules is offered at this time.
