Understanding and Managing Nanoparticles in Various Applications
TSI invites you to "Small Particles, Large Challenges", a seminar dedicated to the latest advancements from technical research applications in the lab to ultrafine particle monitoring. This event is designed to foster the exchange of experiences among researchers, environmental practitioners, and industry experts.
Date: May 8, 2025
Time: 9:00-16:00
Location: 2421 Åke Göransson, Medicinareberget, at University of Gothenburg, Sweden
What to Expect
Join leading experts as they share insights from recent research and practical applications in aerosol science.
Prof. Erik Thomson from the University of Gothenburg will highlight key projects, including aerosol observations from the roof station, particle measurements using drones, and the GU-ACTRIS platform for atmospheric research. He will also share findings on particles and ice nucleation from the ArtOfMelt expedition, offering a deeper understanding of how ultrafine particles interact with the environment.
We’re also pleased to welcome Patrik Andersson from AstraZeneca, who will present on using the Aerodynamic Particle Sizer™ (APS™) 3321 in pharmaceutical product development, offering a practical perspective on how aerosol instrumentation supports innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.
This seminar also provides a unique opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and gain knowledge from experts in the field.
