How do I create an account?

Register TSI Link account at https://tsi.com/register/

Note: Confirm email address used to order API data subscription

  • For business accounts the email needs to be tied to the same business account (TSI’s SAP) used when the order was placed
  • Individual account needs to use same email

Business Account Sign Up

Step 1: Click on the business button on https://tsi.com/register/.

Step 2: Enter in your company business account and business address.

Step 3: Enter the remaining required fields.  Review and accept terms.  Click Sign Up

Step 4: Your business account will be reviewed and could take up to 24 hours to get approved.  Once your account has been approved you can go to tsilink.com to log in with your login credentials.

Personal Account Sign Up

Step 1: Click on the Personal button on https://tsi.com/register/.

Step 2: Enter all required fields.  Review and accept terms.  Click Sign Up

Step 3: Check your email inbox for the verify email from TSI.  Click on the Verify My Account

Step 4: Click on Continue

Step 5:  Go to tsilink.com and log in with your credentials

 

How do I connect my device to WIFI?

How do I register my device for TSI Link Air Monitoring Solution?

  1. Prerequisite: Ensure your device is connected successfully to WIFI.
  2. After the unit is powered on, check to make sure the light bar is a steady blue color after 2 minutes.
  3. From any location, open your web browser and enter the TSI Link landing page (https://tsi.com/tsi-link
  4. Login to TSI Link.
  5. Once you Login click on the add device icon on bottom right corner.
  6. Register your device by entering in the following information and click DONE. If you do not see the Device Registration screen, click the “Plus” icon on the bottom right of the map.
  • Device/Location Name
  • Serial Number: Enter the serial number from the back of your device or use your phone to scan the barcode. 
  • Enabling “Data Viewable” will make your device public on the map, while disabling will keep your device and data private.
  • When applicable, select if this device will be outdoor or indoor
  • For Device Location, click “Use Browser Location” if you are at the final site of your monitor or click https://www.latlong.net/ to convert an address to coordinates that will populate the form.
  • Adjust the device pin location if needed and/or click DONE.
  • Verify your device pin is displaying current measurements to confirm you successfully signed up for an online account and registered your device.

Register device for TSI Link API data services

  1. Prerequisite: Ensure your device is connected successfully to WIFI.
  2. After the unit is powered on, check to make sure the light bar is a steady blue color after 2 minutes.
  3. From any location, open your web browser and enter the TSI Link landing page (https://tsi.com/tsi-link
  4. Login to TSI Link.
  5. Navigate to the API Menu and enter device serial number, using the REGISTER DEVICES location icon in the upper right.

    If you are registering a BlueSky 8145 device, the blue “Looking for the legacy (V2) secret? Click here” will not appear since BlueSky 8145 devices are only available for V3 Data Services.

    TSI Link API Data Services version 2 (V2) will be available until October 31, 2023 and is presented in the blue font. V2 data services is not available for BlueSky 8145 devices. TSI Link API Data Services version 3 is available as of October 31, 2022 and is accessed via the OPEN PORTAL button.

  6. Click Submit and check “Add devices to both TSI Link and Data Services” if you also have TSI Link Solution Monitoring software subscription.  Then click SUBMIT.
     

Why do I need to verify my email address during the online account sign up?

Verifying your email address is a vital step in creating your TSI Link™ Solutions account. When you are setting up your monitor and connecting it to TSI Link™ Solutions, we will send an email confirmation request to the email address you used when creating your account. If you do not verify that email address, you will not be able to finish creating your online account.

How do I use the map on TSI Link™ Solutions? What do the numbers mean?

Each pin on the map represents an air quality monitor. The color of the pin indicates the real-time AQI reading based on the United States Environmental Protection Agency Air Quality Index (US EPA AQI) scale. The solid black pins indicate that the sensor is registered as an outdoor sensor; the black-outlined pins with a white interior indicate that the sensor is registered as an indoor sensor.

When you click on a pin/sensor icon, a detailed measurement report will appear. Measurement data includes: Wi-Fi® signal strength, AQI readings, temperature, relative humidity, and historical data from that sensor. Additional alerts could also be provided regarding device status.

To access the Additional Device Status and Settings page, click the three vertical dots in the left corner of the box.

Can I access TSI Link™ Solutions anywhere?

You can access TSI Link™ Solutions from any electronic device with a browser and a connection to the internet—including laptops, smartphones, computers, tablets, etc.
