The Large Particle Aerosol Generator 8108 generates, dries, and neutralizes aerosols up to 10 µm in size for use in filter testing or other applications. Generating approximately 140 std L/min of aerosol-containing flow, the concentration generated by the Model 8108 ranges from ~600 #/cm³ at a particle size of 1 µm to ~10 #/cm³ at a particle size of 10 µm.

This aerosol generator is a valuable tool when conducting fractional efficiency tests of automotive-cabin air filters and general ventilation filters, or for other applications requiring a high flow rate and concentration of micron-scale particles.
