In the interest of energy cost savings, many buildings are built very tightly, reducing the natural exchange of indoor and outdoor air which can lead to the build-up of airborne contaminants. The Airflow™ Instruments Model IAQ50 Indoor Air Quality Meter quickly and accurately measures temperature, humidity and CO2 levels in real-time.
The instrument features an integral low-drift NDIR sensor for quick, accurate readings of CO2 levels. The temperature and humidity sensors respond quickly and accurately. The IAQ50 calculates dew point, wet bulb, absolute humidity and humidity ratio. It also collects data over time in user-selectable intervals. Data can be downloaded to a computer for analysis and reporting. Statistics, including minimum, maximum and average readings, can be stored and reviewed on the instrument. A two-line display lets the user view multiple parameters simultaneously. Results can be printed on an optional thermal printer.
