Your instrument(s) will be forwarded to our TSI UK Service Center by TSI Germany and returned directly to you via UPS. Customs clearance will be done on behalf of TSI GmbH, Germany and any charges associated with customs clearance will be paid by TSI. Please address your Purchase Order to TSI GmbH, Germany. This option may result in a longer turnaround time due to the shipping process.

You will be responsible for export and import customs clearance. For your convenience, we will help prepare a commercial invoice that you can use if you choose this method. Please fill in the appropriate information, sign and print. Please carefully check the commercial invoice as the exporter is responsible for the content.

The customer shall assess the results and uncertainty in order to determine if the results meet their needs.
