The Certifier Oxygen Sensor is a galvanic fuel cell designed for the fast and accurate (± 2%) measurement of oxygen concentration (0-100%) in medical gas applications. It is used with Certifier Flow Analyzers to test ventilators, anesthesia machines, gas blenders, oxygen concentrators, and other respiratory medical equipment in service, R&D, and manufacturing applications.

This Oxygen Sensor is used with the model 4070 Certifier FA and model 4080 Certifier Plus test systems and plugs into the high flow module. The model 4090 Certifier Pro uses a different oxygen sensor cell (TSI Part# 130377) that is installed inside the instrument.

Users can calibrate oxygen sensors via the Certifier touchscreen using a 1-point (air only) or 2-point (air + oxygen) calibration process. Oxygen cells have an operating life of 1-2 years and are field replaceable.
