TSI’s proprietary formulation for the anti-bounce Silicone Spray is the perfect solution to eliminate particle bounce on the impaction plates of cascade impactors. Only a few µm of coating thickness is sufficient to prevent particle bounce even at very low relative humidity sampling conditions.

For optimum mass stability coated aluminum substrate must be baked to evaporate spray volatile components. The use of this anti-bounce coating is recommended for getting accurate mass size distribution measurements.
