Each contract is linked to a specific instrument serial number and includes "clean and calibration" service performed at recommended intervals, helping maintain confidence in field readings used for HVAC troubleshooting, plant maintenance, and commissioning work.Calibrations are performed using established, controlled processes to deliver accurate and repeatable results, along with documented measurement traceability to recognized standards. The contract covers TSI standard ground shipping back to the customer following each calibration, simplifying logistics and supporting predictable service costs over the contract term.
QualityGuard Calibration Contracts cover clean and calibration only; repair service or warranty service is not included. The contract is non-transferrable and remains valid from the date of instrument shipment for new products, or the purchase order date for existing products.
