Where can I have my TSI Flow Meters and Certifier™ Flow Analyzers serviced?
TSI Flow Meter and Certifier™ Flow Analyzer Models Eligible for Calibration and Repair Service:
Mass Flow Meters
Starting January 1, 2020, repairs will only be available for 4000 Series meters Rev F or later and 4100 Series meters Rev E or later. Calibration services will continue to be offered for all 4000/4100 Series flow meter models.Certifier and Certifier Plus Flow Analyzers
For calibration, only the flow module needs to be sent in. The interface module does not require calibration and should only be sent if a repair is necessary. When calibrating your Certifier or Certifier Plus flow modules, there is no need to return your oxygen sensor to TSI, as TSI does not calibrate external oxygen sensors.
Certifier Pro Flow Analyzer
The calibration service encompasses the entire instrument and includes all embedded sensors, such as the oxygen sensor (if installed).
Why Should I Send My TSI Flow Meter or Flow Analyzer to TSI for Service? Can't I Use a Third-Party Service?
TSI offers certified, multi-step service using original factory parts, ensuring quality service and support you can trust. Only TSI can calibrate your flow device and provide legitimate, NIST-traceable calibration certificates.
Third-party service providers can only verify if your instrument is measuring within specification; they cannot perform calibration adjustments or update the instrument's software or firmware. If calibration is needed, third parties must send the device to a TSI service center. Discover the 7 reasons why calibrating your instrument at the manufacturer is essential.
