Using the HVAC System to Reduce Transmission of SARS-CoV-2

10 déc. 2020 12pm - 1:30pm Webex Webinar

Your HVAC system has the ability to help reduce the transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Join us to learn how to evaluate the system components and building automation system to improve the performance for safety, comfort, and energy.

You need to understand how to analyze your HVAC system's current operation, suggest improvements, and be able to develop a Building Readiness Plan. The plan is to assist the operators in re-occupying existing buildings. This session will focus on the different engineering controls that can be applied to systems typically found in buildings, with an emphasis on controls. Future-proofing your current designs will also be discussed; we’ll review concerns for your current designs and how to potentially future-proof them for the next epidemic.
