ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Cristin ConnorCristin Conner MS, BSN, RN, PeaceHealth System Director for Employee Health, is a recognized clinical leader focusing on occupational health, safety, and associate wellbeing. She has over 20 years of health care experience and is committed to a culture that focuses on caregiver safety and improved health and wellbeing resourcing. Cristin has worked in many direct care nursing roles, as well as a tenure in chronic disease management and wellbeing for Blue Cross Blue Shield. She has lead caregiver health and safety initiatives for acute care, insurers, and large municipalities/employers. Crisitn is currently pursuing an MBA in International Public Health Management through the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute in Basel, Switzerland.
