2022 Service survey results, summarized in the infographic on the left, show that TSI customers are very satisfied with the overall level of service as well as with turnaround time. In fact, in 2022 the overall satisfaction with service quality was 9.1 out of 10 and the satisfaction with TSI service turnaround time was 8.7 out of 10.
Such results are in line with TSI Service Net Promoter Survey which for 2022 scored 64.0 placing it near the very top of tech industry - manufacturing industry average score is 51.
From survey data, it turns out that in 2022 the largest service volume was from US, followed by UK, Canada, France, Germany and the vast majority of service contacts were actually calibration requests (roughly 85% of total).

TSI global presence is reflected by its 5 regional service centers located in: Shoreview (US), High Wycombe (UK), Aachen (Germany), Beijing (China) and Singapore.
ISO 17025 accredited calibration is offered for selected instruments in the Shoreview and High Wycombe service facilities.
