The TSI model 5320-2 mass flow meter provides bi-directional flow rate measurements with 2% of reading accuracy across a wide flow range. In addition to flow rate, the Totalizer measurement enables users to measure total flow volumes over a period of time. An integrated humidity sensor is used to measure water vapor present in the flow stream and compensate air flow measurements to provide the dry-gas equivalent flow rate reading. The humidity of the gas can also be reported from the meter display.  The model 5320-2 includes a built-in data logger that can used to capture flow rate, humidity, temperature, or pressure readings at sampling rates as fast as 1000 Hz. Measurement data can be logged and exported through either the meter itself or through computer via the FLO-Sight software.
