TSI Integrates OmniCount™ PWCPC Model 3001 Into The OmniTrak™ Solution

13/05/2026 Shoreview, MN

TSI Incorporated announces the integration of the single-channel OmniCount™ Portable Water-Based Condensation Particle Counter (PWCPC) model 3001 with the OmniTrak™ multi-parameter platform. Now, professionals can conduct real-time ultrafine particle monitoring, seamlessly logging and correlating data with additional environmental parameters across multiple locations. This integration transforms the newly released OmniTrak™ PWCPC model 3001 from a standalone portable solution into a synchronized component of an advanced, networked monitoring system. The OmniTrak™ platform enables multi-parameter data logging, automatic timestamp alignment, and instant access through the Smart Station to multi-location data, empowering health and safety professionals, industrial hygienists, and researchers to achieve more comprehensive and efficient air quality assessments.

3001 and 3002 OmniCount™ PWCPC with OmniTrak™ Smart StationThe OmniCount™ PWCPC model 3001 provides a compact, single-channel solution designed to support accurate measurements in demanding field environments. By using water as its working fluid, the instrument helps reduce consumable costs and supports sustainable operation without relying on alcohol-based liquids. Its lightweight architecture and ability to operate in any orientation empower users to collect reliable data while moving, tilting, or transporting the device.

By integrating the Model 3001 with the OmniTrak™ Smart Station, users expand from basic, single-parameter data collection to a robust, synchronized monitoring ecosystem. This integration enables real-time logging and direct correlation of ultrafine particle measurements with additional environmental metrics, including particulate matter, volatile organic compounds, temperature, humidity, and more. As part of the broader TSI OmniTrak platform, capturing simultaneous measurements across locations and parameters allows teams to gather more data than ever before, enabling a comprehensive analysis that reveals relationships, trends, and perspectives not visible with isolated measurements, and supports deeper insight, interpretation, and reporting.

The system automates synchronization and timestamping for all connected modules and OmniCount™ PWCPC’s within a 100-meter Bluetooth range, eliminating the need for manual data merging. This streamlined approach helps technical teams accelerate data analysis, minimize the risk of inconsistencies, and help improve overall operational efficiency throughout complex air quality studies.

“With water-based operation, true portability, and dependable performance even during motion, the new single-channel OmniCount PWCPC makes high-quality measurements easier to take into the field, enabling professionals to capture critical ultrafine particle data wherever their work demands”, said Ketan Mehta, Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at TSI Incorporated.

Featuring a hot-swappable, rechargeable battery that delivers more than four hours of continuous operation, the OmniCount™ PWCPC model 3001 supports true portability and extended field use without reliance on fixed power sources.

TSI Link™ Report Creator enhances workflow efficiency by enabling wireless data transfer, automated cloud storage, and access to time-aligned, multi-location studies. Studies can also be transferred via USB as time-stamped CSV files, giving users flexibility to analyze aligned datasets, whether combining multiple OmniCount units or pairing OmniCount with OmniTrak modules for multi-parameter analysis, in the tools and workflows they already use.

With these capabilities, organizations are empowered to analyze comprehensive air quality data and make confident, data-driven decisions to support healthy indoor environments.
