TSI Link for Respiratory Protection provides many different options for entering data: typing it in on the webpage, syncing data with an external system via the API or importing the via CSV files. 

The Setting Section enables 7 different types of imported files.  These are the same file types that can be imported or exported with FitPro Ultra

Custom Fields Custom fields used with FitPro™ Ultra and TSI Link™ software. These tags help organize people and can sync up with other systems   
People List of all the people getting fit tested.  Can include their supervisors if you want them copied on overdue notices 
Fit Tests The fit test done for each person, can include the past years.  Keeping these records is important for compliance 
Medical Clearence Medical Clearance Records for each person on the account, not used by all account 
Respirators List of the Respirators used by the Account.  Have a consistent list ensure common descriptions and spelling 
PortaCounts List of the PortaCount devices used by the Account 
Daily Checks Records of the Daily Checks performed on PortaCount Devices.  Is stored in the system but currently does not show on the UI.  
 

API Overview 

TSI has a robust, restful API to support Respiratory Protection. Thorough documentation and examples are accessible by customers with a login.
