The tsi.com website is live! We welcome you to the new site and to this new blog dedicated to metal, recycling, and related news.

2018 was busy and groundbreaking for our team. One major highlight was for us was the ChemLine In-Line Metal Analyzer. After a long period of research, we officially introduced ChemLine to the world this year.

This unique LIBS (laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy) sensor enables high-volume, in-line scrap sorting. The video below shows ChemLine in action. Visit the ChemLine product page to see it in action.

We originally built the system for non-ferrous and light metal separation. It's being used in a number of aluminum processing plants. However, TSI engineers can adapt the ChemLine sensor technology to other metals separating specifications and requirements. Interested in finding out more? Give us a call.
