Exceptional Net Promoter Score (NPS)

A key indicator of customer loyalty and satisfaction is the Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures how likely customers are to recommend a company’s services to others. In 2024, TSI achieved an outstanding NPS of 63.2—a testament to the trust and confidence our customers place in our service. To put this in perspective, an NPS above 50 is considered excellent.
