Meet the Team - A Day in the Life of Adrian Valle

Today we introduce you to Adrian Valle, Service Sr. Global Product Manager at TSI.

What’s your background/past experience?

I hold a degree in mechanical engineering. In 2010, my family and I relocated from Mexico to pursue an MBA at the University of Michigan, and we have been living in the US since then. Prior to joining TSI, I gained valuable experience at Miraclon, Medtronic, and Ecolab, where I took on roles in marketing and product management.

What do you like about working at TSI?

I consider myself fortunate to collaborate with diverse businesses at TSI, enjoying the opportunity to work alongside brilliant colleagues and gain insights into the distinctive ways each enterprise addresses our customers' needs. The inclusive working and partnership culture at TSI promote meaningful connections.

What does a typical day look like for you at TSI?

As I engage in diverse projects across TSI, each day presents unique challenges, yet our dedication to solving problems that streamline operations for both TSI and our customers remains constant. My primary focus is collaborating with various teams to elevate our services and better address the needs of our customers

Can you share a recent project you have been working on?

At TSI, we consistently explore innovative approaches to enhance the efficiency of our service. I've actively contributed to the global expansion of PortaCount™ support capabilities.

What are the values that drive you?

When considering TSI's Guiding Principles, the values that resonate most with me are collaboration and the cultivation of customer relationships. My focus is on fostering internal collaboration to ensure we deliver comprehensive global support for our customers.

Your top 3 favorite Books/Podcasts?

One of my favorite books is 'Shoe Dog' by Phil Knight. I was captivated by the narrative of his relentless pursuit of a vision and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional products.

When it comes to podcasts, I find relaxation in listening to #Greeny, particularly its engaging discussions on sports. I also find the Pivot podcast insightful, offering valuable perspectives on business scenarios and political updates."
 

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Outdoor activities are a passion, particularly enjoying a round of golf when the weather permits. Additionally, I have a keen interest in watching various sports.
