MOUDI™ Impactor Model 110NR

商品编号: 110NR

The MOUDI™ Impactor Model 110NR is a high-resolution cascade impactor designed for researchers requiring detailed size-segregated particle sampling across a broad aerodynamic diameter range. Operating at 30 L/min, the 110NR provides ten stages of particle classification with nominal cut points from 10 µm down to 0.056 µm, enabling comprehensive characterization of fine and ultrafine aerosols.

Utilizing advanced micro-orifice technology, the 110NR extends particle sizing into the ultrafine range while maintaining excellent cut-size sharpness and minimizing internal particle losses. This capability makes it particularly valuable for atmospheric research, source apportionment studies, emissions characterization, and health-related aerosol investigations.

产品详情

The Model 110NR incorporates ten impaction stages plus a final filter, providing detailed particle size distribution data from coarse particles to ultrafine aerosols. Micro-orifice nozzle technology enables cut points as low as 56 nm without generating excessive pressure drops compared to conventional cascade impactors.
The simple, non-rotating stage design supports accurate gravimetric, chemical, and microscopic analyses. Standard 47-mm substrates simplify sample preparation and laboratory workflows.

Like all MOUDI™ impactors, the 110NR features interchangeable impaction plates and filter holders that can be prepared in the laboratory before deployment. Sealed transport covers help protect collected samples from contamination and environmental influences during transport and storage.

Manufactured from hard-coated anodized aluminum, the instrument delivers exceptional durability, dimensional stability, and long-term performance in demanding research environments.
