3. What can I use to clean my BlueSky™ Air Quality Monitor housing?

  • Use a wet cloth to wipe off the housing. Do not submerge or pour water over the monitor. Also do not use cleaning chemicals.

4. I lost the screws that fasten the base to the cover. Where can I buy the screws?

  • Contact TSI to purchase new screws to fasten the base of the monitor to the cover.

5. How do I know the sensor’s fan is working fine and creating enough flow through the sensor?

12. Can I decide if I want a firmware update or not?

  • You will be asked when (or if) you want to upgrade your BlueSky monitor’s firmware. If a new firmware is available, TSI Link Solutions will notify you. You can choose when to upgrade – however please note that critical firmware updates will automatically update after you delay three times, which is the industry standard. To upgrade your firmware, your BlueSky monitor needs to be connected to Wi-Fi/Internet.

Also, yes, your BlueSky monitor will need to be connected to WiFi in order for the firmware to update.

14. What happens if I lose Wi-Fi connection to TSI Link Solutions in the middle of a firmware update?

  • If the Wi-Fi connection is lost during a firmware update, your BlueSky monitor will revert to its earlier firmware configuration.
