Dominik Groth of TSI Inc. will speak at Silicon Saxony Day on the Microelectronics Island stage, sharing insights into detecting nanoparticle contamination in semiconductor environments. His talk, "Detecting Contamination Events Caused by Nanoparticles", highlights the urgent need for advanced detection methods as device geometries shrink to 2 nm and below. Dominik will explore how Condensation Particle Counters (CPCs)—unlike traditional optical methods—can detect particles as small as 10 nm in both air and ultra-pure water.
