Visit TSI Exhibit — Booth A12

Our team will be on-site showcasing TSI’s cutting-edge solutions for particle measurement and contamination control — including our Nano LPM™ System that provides true 10 nm nanoparticle detection in semiconductor ultrapure water (UPW). TSI tools are designed to meet the needs of today’s semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industries. Whether you're interested in cleanroom monitoring, ultra-fine contamination detection, or high-precision instrumentation, stop by our exhibit to connect with our experts.

Must See Speaker

presenter-groth.jpgDominik Groth of TSI Inc. will speak at Silicon Saxony Day on the Microelectronics Island stage, sharing insights into detecting nanoparticle contamination in semiconductor environments. His talk, "Detecting Contamination Events Caused by Nanoparticles", highlights the urgent need for advanced detection methods as device geometries shrink to 2 nm and below. Dominik will explore how Condensation Particle Counters (CPCs)—unlike traditional optical methods—can detect particles as small as 10 nm in both air and ultra-pure water. He’ll showcase how new CPC-based tools provide critical visibility into airborne and UPW nanoparticle contamination sources, helping fabs maintain yield and process integrity. Learn more >
