General: Updating the Smart Station App

Step 1: Connect the Smart Station to Wi-Fi

Follow the steps below to connect your Smart Station to Wi-Fi, sign in to TSI Link, and update to the latest software version.
 
  1. From the Smart Station home screen, tap the menu (hamburger icon) in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Wi-Fi.
  4. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list.
  5. Enter the network password.
  6. Tap Connect.
Note: A stable Wi-Fi connection is required to check for and install software updates.
 

Step 2: Log In to TSI Link

  1. Tap the menu (hamburger icon) in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Enter your TSI Link username and password.
  4. Tap Sign In.

Step 3: Update the Smart Station Software

  1. Tap the menu (hamburger icon) in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap About.
  3. The current Smart Station software version will be displayed.
  4. Tap Update (or Upgrade) to install the latest available software version.
  5. Follow any on-screen prompts and allow the update to complete.
Important: Do not power off the Smart Station during the update process. The device may restart automatically once the update is complete.
