TSI, Inc. is a leader in the filtration industry, and is offering a free one-day filtration workshop on June 5 at our Shoreview location.

Please note that this workshop is provided on a first come, first served basis as space is limited.

Details

TSI experts and engineers will present and provide a hands-on learning experience on four topics throughout the day, with an optional tour of our Global Headquarters. These topics will include:

Topics	Instruments	Focus
Automated Filter Tester	8130	Model 8130 was introduced more than 25 years ago, and there are hundreds of units in the field today. Learn best practices for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your tester, as well as the option to upgrade your 8130 with user-serviceable photometers.
Automated Filter Tester and User Serviceable Photometers	8130A	Model 8130A is the successor to the 8130. See how the 8130A can be used for media and respirator testing, become acquainted with its new notable features and benefits, and learn how simple maintenance can be with the 8130A’s user service photometers.
Component-Based Filter Tester	ISO 16890	Use TSI’s Component Filter Test System 3150, along with aerosol generators and particle sizers, to learn how to test media with a component-based system. Discuss the requirements of filter testing standards ISO 16890-22 and ASHRAE 52.2 and learn the solutions TSI offers for customers needing to demonstrate compliance with those standards. Please see our application note for more information about ISO 16890-2.
Fractional Efficiency Filter Tester for Most Penetrating Particle Size	3160	Learn about fractional efficiency testing using the 3160 to generate, condition, and detect submicron particles and identify the most penetrating particle size. The 3160 software controls the test with TSI’s newest Electrostatic Classifier 3082 and Condensation Particle Counter 3750.

Please pick up to three of the four topics you would like to attend, and let us know if you have any schedule constraints. We will customize a schedule for you, which will be provided to you the morning of the workshop.
