How did TSI® Service perform in 2023?
The 2023 Service survey results, as displayed here in the infographic, present very positive outcomes with TSI customers who are very satisfied with the overall level of service, as well as with the turnaround time.
In fact, in 2023 the overall satisfaction with service quality was 9.1/10 and the satisfaction with service turnaround time was 8.9/10 (improving compared to previous year).
It is also worth noting that TSI Service Net Promoter Score (NPS) increased remarkably in 2023, going from 64 to an outstanding 78.3 - a growth of more than 22% from last year.
The Net Promoter Score indicates how likely a customer would recommend a business, and ranges from -100 to +100. In general, a score above 30 is considered very good and TSI Service is rated with an impressive 78.3 NPS.
According to the survey data, it turns out that -- in 2023 -- the largest amount of service requests came from the US, followed by the UK, Canada, Germany, France, Singapore and Japan.
